How to use it: 

The idea behind this trend is shining a spotlight on your own “little slice of heaven.” You can approach it from your own POV, or position something about your business as your audience’s little slice.

  • Product-based: POV: You just discovered [your product]

  • Service-based: Everybody’s got their little slice of heaven, mine’s in [something you do in your business, like hearing about a client’s success]

Example:

This this service-based content is a great example of how you could use this trend to share just about anything that’s your “little slice of heaven.

The sound of a “very special episode”

How to use it: 

Even if you didn’t grow up in the 90s, you’ve seen those sitcom episodes where someone learns a very important lesson and pauses to reflect – right before the commercial break. This trend is about recreating that moment with a cheeky POV and using it to share something about your business, just like the examples above.

Hook Ideas:

  • Product-based: When the main character finds out they didn’t need [unnecessary purchase] – they just needed a [your product] all along

  • Service-based: 90s sitcoms when the main character realizes [important realization]

Super easy trend that’s perfect for summer

How to use it: 

For product-based businesses, it would be fun to focus on how your product is what they’re looking for; the thing that’s “in.” Service-based businesses can use it to address myths or limiting beliefs that could be holding back your ideal clients. Be sure your caption includes a strong CTA that invites them to take next steps!

Hook Ideas:

  • Product-based: (List harmful ingredients, unfair labor practices, or other things you reject and then add text showing what’s “in” for your biz)

  • Service-based: (List of myths and why they’re not true)

Example:

This face-free knowledge-based Reel is a great example of how easy this trend is in any niche.

This one is SO easy!

How to use it: 

The idea behind this simple trend is positioning your business as the answer to your audience’s pain points. Just add onscreen text that says “If you don’t like [something they may be trying to avoid]” and then add text saying “You should try [solution they can get by working with you]!” It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a “pointing at text” trend and we’re into it!

Hook Ideas:

  • Product-based: If you don’t like [undesirable thing] you should try [your product]

  • Service-based: If you don’t like [common complaint in your niche] you should try [benefit of your service]

Example:

We love how this product-based example added an unexpected twist!
